Not bad for 4 hrs of sleep.

was not too bad today didnt wanna push it. hurt it the past 2 times so I just hit it normal today
 
I always get my best workouts on little sleep. Just don't try to do it 2 days in a row. Get some rest...
 
That is great for 4 hours of sleep...lol You and others actually made me laugh this morning.....when I went to bed around 1 am (pacific) last night, I noticed several of you in the chat room. When I woke around 8 am, you were still there!!! Was wonderin if you slept at all!!
 
looks great with 4 hours of sleep i can barley make it to the gym
 
Tim, when you are getting down to lower reps per set, how long are you resting in between? I know employ some powerlifting techniques and was curious if you were resting upwards of 3 minutes.

I go up to 5 min fr my biggest lifts. depends on how I feel that day. I cant wait til this damn bronchitis goes away so I can train again

Nice way to get back into it. Don't do what I do and just go hell bent for leather, jiust fucks things up later.

Nice training...I did try pullups for the time last week on back day. Not too bad. I had to do them assisted on a Smith Machine, but only by a 40lb assisted weight though. I'll get there...

You are shrugg'n a shit load though. My God! Very cool!
 
Thanks Maidn. thats actually a 150lb cut in weight for me. I havent been shrugging as much lately just because my traps seem to get disproportionately large when I train them regularly, it was actually my first time shrugging in several weeks.


Assisted pull ups are a great start. eventually you will be able to hit them without the assist :)

As much shit as I give everyone, especially Tim, he looks pretty friggin huge for 235 pounds. It was great to get to train together.
