Great way to shed the water !!!!

This really works , but be warned , you will piss your stomach out !!!
You can loose an easy 5 - 10 pounds in 1 week ...(Al-Be-It water weight)
Works well if you tend to bloat on certain suppliments

60 OZ. of distilled water .
3 dandelion root tea bags
2 tablespoons of pure unsweetened cranberry juice.
3 tablespoons of pure lemon juice .

Put in a jug overnight , and drink . The more you drink , the more water you will shed..
 
i gota try this , this would really help me during wrestling season to cut that water weight off. thanks man

If you dehydrate too much to make a weight category, you will not have the energy to wrestle.

I know fighters often do scary dehydrations to make a weight category, but they also get weighed in the night before.

Just be careful, also when you take de-ionised water, it rips the sodium out, and the potassium will follow the sodium.

Mess with your potassium levels, well, it can kill, as these ions govern electrical impulses that cause contractions, always a concern with the heart beat thing.

do you drink this every day? and where do you get dandelion root tea bags and unsweetened cranberry juice?
 
If you use de-ionised water to dehydrate, make sure you take in potassium.

Usually as dehydration happens when you are carbing up, bananas are a good option.

I have dehydrated with de-ionised water before, really did the trick, my avvie is an example of it, and pic below, however, I did feel as sick as a DOG by day three.

I was also told that EVERYTHING had to be done in de-ionised water, cooking, brushing teeth............

3 days, the more I drank the thirstier I got.

The other ingredients might help.

When I finally did drink something non-de-ionised, I could feel the skin lifting off my face.

Had my body look great, did NO favours for my face :)

u dehydrate for the weight in in wrestling then u eat whatever the fuck u want prior to contest to put the weight back on

Yes , drinkas you would water .
You can get dandelian root and/or cranberry juice at any health food store .
Make sure the cranberry is un-sweetened ...
