Sugar Carbs?

Are all sugar carbs the same, I mean are the ones in milk just as bad as the ones in gatorade or lets say koolade?
 
milk is lactose, slower acting

gatorade in a bottle is high fructose corn syrup, horrible shit imo.

koolaid is table sugar bro, more bad shit.

Switch to G2 if you like gatorade, its the new version with much less sugar. Sugar free koolaid taste great as well.

HM knows his stuff, natural fructose from real food and you'll also take in some fiber.
 
Thanks guys, me and my roomate are training for the same show so i just commented on how he should stop gatorade and he said well milk has sugar carbs too so its just as bad. I just wanted to find out the truth.
 
always double check on the glycemic index if you have any doubts, good luck to you both
 
I used to have high gi stuff pwo. From talking with oly he does not believe in that i cut it out and notice no difference.

watch your tounge there MR!! the fact is were talking about contest prep, not a 3 week diet to get ready for Vegas. I'll be stright up with you, its real eaasy to get down to the BF% that you did, and one with half a brain about dieting could do it by accident, its when you want to take it to the next level that the importance of certain carbs, fats and proteins come into play.
And shocker, no dairy when getting ready for a comp!
 
i meant i notice a difference it is a mistype i do not use high gi in my pwo shake anymore. NO need to come at my damn....................I am comlimenting the guy he is on to something

yea dude sorry i followed oly and cut the hi gi shit out pwo and it worked
 
i am putting on weight and still on the diet......i am like 210 now and my strength stayed i took a shot like a month ago
