ouuch...jesus 100 bottles of vegetable oil..that guy was gonna make some good money, pay shit for his "steroidss", and probably fuk the people up who he wouldve given that to if that wouldnt have been a cop..hes as much of a dumb ass.

I don't have much time to post on boards but obviously there is an outrageous attack on my reputation here.
I am filing suit against "Mike Brick" and the NY Times for slander and false information.
I have an idea where this came from. Somebody is trying to clear their name. It is NOT going to work.
Do not believe this article. Trust me, I would never sell anyone fake gear!
I have ALL the evidence needed. I have not "rolled" on seven bodybuilders, ESPECIALLY David Jacobs.
I will be posting the facts. I have all the documentation of the true facts. I even have the recorded video evidence.
I am fighting a huge battle indeed. Trust me, it is not about fake gear at all.
FYI, an informant does not give you (or mail you) your original REAL gear/powder etc... They confiscate the REAL product and give you fake stuff. It looks good at first glance, then they bust you seconds later.
I am truly AMAZED that a NY Times Reporter could print such false accusations.
I will be posting more. Give me a couple days to produce the evidence.

First of all guys - What Art said is true. ART DID NOT SET ME UP. He and I both were victims of someone else setting us up. Dave Palumbo came up to me at the Europa when he saw Art and I shake hands and he told me that he heard Art set me up and how could I be talking to him. I told him do you honestly think I would be shaking the hand of the person that set me up? No. Art and I have been friends, and even though we cant hang out or be around each other like we used to because of the case that does not mean that our friendship or my hopes that his case goes well and he will be ok has diminished in any way.
I like Art am going through the most trying time of my life. People are quick to judgment and quick to accuse someone of being a rat or being an informant. Most of you saying these things have no knowledge of us, the case or anything what it is like to go through something like this. If you are a man and have any sense of integrity you would hold your tongue and not speak about things you dont know the facts about.
Art did not sell fake gear. That I know for a fact. He had someone close to him who had been busted label up fake gear and help bring him down in a sting. That person was NOT me and he knows that and anyone with a computer and access to the PACER system or public information can see for themselves.
However most people will not look at the publicly available information - they just make a rush to judgment and in the case of myself and Art - most of you have been 99% incorrect in your statements and accusations. The only thing that has been true so far is that we got busted. All the other stuff is ridiculous speculation.
There are not many things that can be gone into detail here as this is a very serious case and we are not allowed to discuss certain aspects of it, but what you all need to know is that what the reporters started saying by accusing me of making a deal to name the NFL players and names is totally false. In interviews I NEVER said any names or teams in fact I denied to give names. The press decided to make their headlines to have a big story. Since when have we believed what the press says with steroids? Never.
The government already knows everything about everyone involved in this case, the parties involved and the exact details of that involvement. Trust me they know the answer to every question before its asked so dont try to play some game as if they picked us up on a whim and held us under lights and sweated info out of us. It does not work that way. Thats on TV. Reality is much more sobering. You see in black and white a huge stack of info against you, you see the names of people involved, dates, times pictures, video - you name it. Try to refute that? You cant. It is what it is.
Secondly this NY Times reporter is an absolute moron who is angry that none of us would give him the time of day so he as a lot of reporters do these days decided to take the angry aggressive stance against the evil steroid and probably hates bodybuilders so he found his easy targets in us. Simply put and for all of you to know - most of what he said in that article is complete BS and has not backing or factual basis what so ever. It is defamation of character and caused intentional damage and he will be dealt with by my attorney and I am sure Arts as well I hope.
I am tired of you all calling me, Art and some others rats. I cant believe that MD would have on their front page Art Atwood, Dave Jacobs Federal Informants. That is defamation of character, and completely slanderous. The fact that someone agrees to not go to trial, and accept a guilty plea does not make them an informant. It makes them smart. The difference between 5 years in prison and probation in many cases is simply to say I am guilty, take responsibility for what you have done, avoid an expensive and lengthy trial and to give them another notch on their belt in the war against crime. Yes it can be just that straight forward.
Would all you hardcore keyboard bodybuilders honestly tell the US government (who already knows everything about you the case, who you are involved with, how long you have done it etc.) to F off and take a hike for blind pride? To prove what? Do you honestly think that when they present all the case evidence they have against you right on the table in front of your face that you are going to give them the finger? No you nut up and accept responsibility and make plans to move on with your life.
Now I am sure like Art said there is much more to be said and he like myself have all the documentation to prove how I was ratted out by a friend (3 friends actually), how people named me as their dealer etc. Nothing I can do about that now. What is done is done so now its time to move on with life. So instead of all of you hating, bashing and further propagating these false statements and rumors - how about you chill out and give us the benefit of the doubt.
For all of you who accuse me of being a rat and getting people in trouble. Its funny how this is said over and over but no one can provide a name. No one can say "David got me in trouble" or David ratted on him - Do you want to know why? Because David did not do that, and there is no evidence to suggest that Art has done that either. If I was gong to get anyone in bodybuilding in trouble - don't you think it would have happened by now- 8 months after the fact?
In fact what should be seen here is more of a thank you not screw you attitude. You have no idea how many people I protected. How much I did to keep bodybuilding out of this and to do the right thing by people. All the while people stab you in the back, talk behind your back, make up rumors etc. Thats not the worst of it though. Its the people you thought were your friends turning their backs on you. Not standing up for you and throwing you under the bus just so they can have something to talk about.
Unless your hands are clean - dont point your fingers at me and judge me.
The best part of all of this is that I realize how full of BS the industry really is. How they use people to get what they want then throw them away. I realized who my real friends are and who I can really trust. Everyone else I could give 2 shits what they think because I have a woman who loves me and knows the truth. I have a handful of true friends who love me and know the truth, and I know that I did the right thing and even if there are people out there who talk crap and point fingers - they are just miserable in their own lives and have nothing to make them feel better but to bash other people. As for me - I am training hard every day. Spending time with my true friends and family and I am doing my very best to move on and put this behind me.
All I have done is help people, be nice to people, and support bodybuilding in every way I could. Just because I got busted and just because Art got busted does not make either of us rats. It makes us statistics, so please just get over the negativity and hatred and let us get on with our lives. All these false accusations, rumors and hatred is not going to lead to anything positive.
Learn from what happened to us and be safe. Be smart and dont go down the same path. Trust me it is not worth it.
