supp guys i had a hard time going to dreamland this past few months and still on this days. i read some articles that working out in the morning may be the result of havin a hard time sleepin at night..

i can sleep by 1 or 2 am then wake up at 7am i think thats a lack of sleep which i really hate most. i tend to get dizzy at afternoon but when i go home from school and lay down at my bed shit my mind is fully awake.

even though im fully weak and dizzy i really cnt sleep and somtimes if i sleep early i tend to wake and wake then never go back to sleep.

what you guys recommend? tnx in advanced

i work the graveyard shift and used to have a hard time sleeping once i went to bed.....i would go to sleep, then wake up for whatever reason(piss, rotate positions, etc) and i could not get back to sleep...i was getting about 5 hours or so a day.....I started to take melatonin, otc 3mg tabs from Rite Aid, and now i sleep more sound and as long as time will allow....And whats even better, i dont wake up feeling like crap....I actually feel like i got some good sleep....Try it, works great....
 
Melatonin and a glass of red wine about an hour prior to bedtime.
