I missed you all :eerchug:

Whats been happening here around at AE in the last 6 months or so?
 
Me, I have just been doin my thing. Im back to liftin and playin ball again, im now building back up. I got fat and skinny lol (fat due to eating bad and skinny muscles not being able to work out). I have been working my ass off to get back to where I was. I got two weeks under my belt so far with working out and dieting. I figured its gonna take two months or so more before I start feeling happy again with myself. Its diffucult cause I got use to eating crappy. Still shocking my body with eating bland food.

Only supps I am taking is nutrex vitrex and protein. I had some instone leanfire on hand I was gonna check out but don't know if I am ready for it.

The doc totally cleared me yesterday but told me to lay off any juice for 2 months so I can get my ligaments and tendons ready for the juice. I hope you all have been doin good, hopefully I can be around a lot more.

P.S. what happened to my post count? Did we all get reset or something?

haha not far off there, im chillin right now. Doc told me don't try and turn up the heat for another 2 months.

What have you been up to nigga? That valtrex stuff clearing up your problems? haha jk

Usually in the high 130-140ish on the systolic and dystolic ranges between 75-85.

The doctor had me do a stress test yesterday though, said that my BP goes too high under pressure. I got it around 245/90 under the highest stress level, he's afraid Im gonna do some serious damage so he wants me to take some medication for it.

I hate the idea of it, don't want to do it, haven't even started it. Still soaking everything in I guess.
