thanks guys :) the befores are just terrifying arent they LOL i was 17 yrs old in those *cringe* just wrong lol

the stomach is coming along pretty well still need to lean out more but im working on it hehe

and OOPS i will need to crop them i didnt have all those pics saved and had to pull them from the other site LOL
 
I don't need to say this but you are so freakin awesome. Well done babe!!! Switching to a certain douchebag's training made some killer improvements. Don't tell him I said that though, his ego is large enough. :p

lol yes yes i have made lots of improvement recently because of him.. he knows it.. gonna get him a bigger car so him and his ego can drive together now LOL
