Well the Dr told me to do what I felt was comfortable today.I did chest and biceps today.I went light and used strict form.I just kinda went through the motions but did get a good pump from db preacher curls.lol
It felt good I can tell within a few months I will be back to normal I didnt feel any pan im my stomach at all today but im going to slowly go back up over the next few weeks just increasing a little each week.
here is what all I done
Chest
machine bench
smith incline
pec deck
Biceps
alt. db curls
hammer curls
con. curls
Preacher curls
hammer curls with rope for forearms
