Deciding if now is time to tell my woman about my aas use...

I've been dating a girl for about 4 months now. I am very serious about her and I want to get engaged to her relatively soon (within a few months). I have not yet told her about my aas use and she has not asked suprisingly. I don't want to wait for us to be married for her to find out. It wouldn't be fair to her. I think I need to come clean and tell her that I am mainly using test as one of my supplements and that I get bloodwork done at least once a year and educate myself on everything. I wouldn't bother telling a girl that I was just dating, but me and her are talking like we may be moving toward engagement. The only thing that worries me is that she has two little boys. I would never want them to know or find out about this. I actually would like to have one kid of my own with her too someday in the next couple of years.

One thing I want to add. We have very good communication about everything and she has told me (confessed, etc) that she used to smoke pot with her ex husband when she was in her 20s but she quit. I know that wasn't easy for her to tell me that- she was probably afraid that I might judge her for it. Of course I would not.

Your advice and insight would be greatly appreciated. I know there has to be a lot of married bros out there with wives that are supportive of their wise aas use.

Take my advice and tell her asap......If its in your plans in the future it is not fun or fair to try and hide it...Not to mention its hard as hell to hide it, trust me i know...

uh...not me....not just a 4 month relationship....married sure, but just 4 months...how serious can it be in that short of a time...not to be rude my friend, but if something happens in that relationship in the near future (hope not) I'd bet a paycheck she will tell someone....JMHO......good luck

BigK,

I know 4 months seems to early to tell someone about this, but I am planning to give her a ring soon and she needs to know now, b4 we get married. I think she can handle this and respect my privacy about it. 4 months is too soon for most to get engaged, but I feel she's the one and the time is getting right.

I'd have everything ready before I told her - info about sides, PCT, benefits etc and have good documented proof that they are (when used safely) less harmful than alcohol, tobacco, pot etc. Let her know that because of your lifestyle you eat a lot healthier than the average American (in fact, most Americans & Europeans) you look after your body by exercising regularly. Let her know that you don't go mad on them and aren't going to turn into Greg Valentino and have exploding arms. If she asks about sides and, say, cancer, let her know that the biggest cause of cancers to the developed world comes from processed foods and chemicals in them that the human body isn't supposed to eat (aspartame, sodium benzoate etc).

Hope this helps mate!

How do you married guys with kids handle this dark side of your life? My girlfriend has two little kids and she might be concerned about that.

I just tell her to deal with it or i'll take a roid rage and bitch slap her ass into place :D

I was married when I started so I had to educate my wife on all the bad and the good which in a nut shell made all the diffrence.

I find all the negitive that comes from AAS is the "not knowing". Once someone is educated their outlook on it is much diffrent. Mine sure was.

Also my wife knows that I have been researching AAS for years now and I now a enough to keep myself safe.

Also I started when I was 39 so that was also another factor for her being ok with it. Her knowing that I can succeed in life and be a good provider even while on AAS which a lot of people see AAS as like being a pot head or worse.

Just remember never lie to her and keep her knee deep in everything you do. This builds that strong trust and this will help her believe in your decesion making that you know what your doing.

Preception it your greatest friend.

I am thinking she would be okay with this lifestyle of mine if there weren't 2 little kids involved. She knows I am responsible, mature and the educated type. But I am wondering if she'll want me to come off for the sake of the 2 kids.

My wife found a syringe (new in the wrapper) and she flipped out (mainly for fear of the kids finding it) as it should be.
Get her opinion about steriods, first, then figure out the best way to ease her into your specific reasons for using.
She may have preconceived notions that have nothing to do with research. Other than that I would say nothing.
Before you ask to marry her, you might want to disclose it so it can't be used against you, but until then, deny, deny, deny.

Guys, I don't really get what all the fuss is about, maybe it's the cultural differences but over here, steroids are not too big a deal.

yea bro, america, where steroids are somehow more important than bush crimes. and there are steroid bashing public service announcements during every sporting game. people just believe the crap

...to take peoples' minds off what's really going on?

of course! public apathy works wonders. that and religion. that's a great controller too.

i miss the good ol' days where people in power were held accountable for what they did and were shot in the fucking head for having no integrity.

the american public is so apathetic these days we cant even get a nut job to blow these fuckers away for consitantly, consistantly, consistantly fucking us over and over and over again.

Remember when women fought for their rights! when martin luther king fought for the rights of blacks! everyone cared! now that they got them all black kids and females care about is being cool, what's cool, my phone is cool, im hot, look how hot i am, everything is hot to me, hot hot hot, look at my ridiculous outfits that make me unique. no my friends ur all just douches and will go nowhere with ur liberal arts degrees.

which comes back to the main point. We here in the US are just plain stupid and judge fucking everyone like crazy. that's why you dont tell anyone about your AAS usage. ever. period. it will always sit in their mind like my past few relationships.

imagine if ur bitch told u she had a three-some with 2 dudes before you were dating. You cant say shit because u werent dating but, that shit is gonna stay in your mind FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just like AAS use in her mind.. keep it to yourself home skillit!

...to take peoples' minds off what's really going on?

In America, the liberal media has taken the responsibility away from the churches to tell us what is "good," or "not."
From the Republican side of things, big business (ie, Pharmaceutical Companies and the AMA-American Medical Association) have had a great influence on Congressional Leaders which has encouraged them to get on the bandwagon, ie, "Down with steriods!"
To the righteous the fore! they say, or, "Up their ass with a stick," I always say!

In a nutshell, small minded people never change.

Yeah, people are getting their balls in a twist over AAS because some cock suckers declared them to be the ultimate evil when there's a ton of other shit going on that could do with proper attantion - e.g. fuel prices (auto & home) food prices, house prices crashing and the amount of people getting reposessed, Iraq & Afghanistan, the fact that more than 60 million Americans live under the poverty line (almost the same as the UK population) in the UK teenage kids are killing each other in the streets almost every week, alcohol abuse is costing taxpayers over ?2billion a year in medical bills, vandalism, lost work days etc. illegal immigrants are everywhere and a large majority of them are radical muslims preaching hate.......the list is endless, feel free to add and then tell me if I'm a bad person for using AAS!!!
