Well an update on me. The docs at my hmo have given up, and they are referring me to an outside doctor because they have done everything that they can for my bursa sac issue and they cannot fix it. So I am in the gym about as much as Rosie O'Donnell, but I digress.

Anyways, I am fine with it at this point, I will just have to wait and see.

As for other shit in my life, I just finished my Associates Degree in Comp Science, and I am now working on my bachelors. I also bought a Harley, a 99 Dyna Superglide. Thats about it.

Anyways, I am back. Glad to see you all again :)

Good to see you back cruci. My ex-wife was scheduled to have surgery several years ago to have her bursa sacs removed due to increasing chronic pain. We met an old health guru who showed her the pressure point to stimulate between her large and middle toe and gave her a book called "Own Your Own Body." 6 months later her, after using the coreect accupressure every time she had pain, her bursitis was gone for good. That little book is a treasure, but out of print now and hard to find.

Actually yes.

I am currently reading "The God delusion" by Richard Dawkins.

I also finished reading The Dark Side of Christian History by Hellen Ellerbe, and The Satanic Bible by Anton LeVay (quite interesting, and not what you think it might be.) After that I plan on reading "The Deception Point" by Dan Brown so I can finish all of the stories involving the character from the Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons.

I haven't been around much since IT merged with AE I know. My ID and history from IT never made the transfer (This is, in fact Spidey from IT). I am going to start trying to log on a little more often.

I have been crazy busy with the new business. We just bought our own building and are retrofitting it to turn it into a lab (with office space). I have several supplement ideas that I may pitch out there some time (with the mod's permission of course).

How many of the old IT guys made the switch? I see a lot of names I remember (Liftsiron, you, DrVeejay and some others). Maybe whichever mod is the tech guru here can find out what happened to my IT history. I thought it was all supposed to transfer.

Anyway, I have been working 100 hours plus a week and am really bushed so I am going to go sleep. Like I said, I will try to not be such a stranger.

there was a merger spidey but it crashed the board, so we don't have any archives from IT.

Damn; that's too bad. Oh well, That is the way it goes I guess. Still, glad to see so many of the old crew. The population changes quickly on these boards so I wasn't sure how many I would know when I made it back
