My OH nigga lookin' KILLA fuckin' eh! Huge propz! Couple small tweaks you might wanna try...I am basing this from your pics only obviously. One, on your rear lat spread, it appears you are "lifting" your shoulders slightly. I emphasize "slightly". When you do this, it elongates your back taking away from slightly more possible width and also diminishing your trap sweep. Does this make sense? Ask yourself - are you deliberately lifting your shoulders? If not just say FUCK YOU HANK!lol Dude, your shit looks great...I AM knit-picking bcoz your my nigga and I will do all I can to to play devils advocate to help in any little way I can. One other thing...on your rear bi...again, looks GREAT! But I think I see one small adjustment you can make to your benefit...bring your elbows back just SLIGHTLY. If you do this, it will bring out more definition in your back. Again, SLIGHTLY...as too much is a flaw MANY make and takes away from your lat width. Try it out and holla. Lastly, as already stated quad cuts are frequently last to come. Keep in mind you do NOT want to train quads 7-10 days out from your show...this brings the cuts out even more. So you will see SUBSTANTIAL improvement in that time regarding quad cuts.![]()
