Since its my first real good one im gonna try and keep as detailed of a log as i can....

My goal with this cycle is a lean, clean bulk, as many good cals as possible with more of an emphasis on size than leanness for the first time in a while...Ive been so caught up in athetisim the past few years but now its time for me to fill my 6'3 frame out and actually look like a weight lifter as opposed to athletic look.... Starting at 201lbs and bf?? id say btween 10-12%... i would love to gain 15lbs of all lean size....
This is a typical daily diet

Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 scoop protein
6-7 hardboiled egg whites 1.5 yolk

Meal 2: 8 oz 96% lean red meat
1.5 cups of brown rice or 250g sweet potato
handful of brocoli or asparagus
3gs fish oil

meal 3: MRP (400 cals) + 1 large fugi apple

Meal 4: (PWO) 2 bannanas
1/2 cup oats + 2scoops whey

Meal 5: exact as meal 2

Meal 6: 6 oz chicken
150gs potato or 1/2 cup brown rice
3gs fish oil

Meal 7: Tuna or same as meal 6 minus the carbs
2 TSPN NATTY PBer

Looks good...i'd still eat abit more carbs for meal 6 and add 20 -25 g of carbs in meal 7..Fish oils with breakfast better instead of meal 2

Don't have oats PWO, white rice will do you much better. You need to replenish glycogen after working out, higher GI carbs (>60) are best for doing this. Eat the oats 1 hour pre workout instead of that apple.
 
Agree with Skirtman over here..I completely overlooked that one..A 6'3 guy having just 1.2 cup of oatmeal and 2 bananas when bulking should get his balls cut off. Clay make your PWO your biggest carb meal of the day.
 
2 bannas and 1/2 cup oats comes out to almost 100 carbs pwo... what else could i throw in there?
 
1/2 cup of oats( cooked) is around 23-25 g of carbs

1 banana is like 22 -23g..
 
ALL im saying is you cannot expect to reach 240 lbs by eating like a 190 pounder..no way..you wanna get big eat like such ..clean, keep your cardio moderate ( nothing hardcore) you DONT wanna burn too mcuh but you dont wanna be a Meateater neither..:D
 
had a KILLER chest WO today...4 working sets of flat bb,. 3sets incline BB.. 3 sets incline db... Super set dips w pushups.. and 2 addsets of Ccrossovers... finsihed with calves and rotator work... I think its the rebound effect with how well ive ate over the past few years but i am up exactly 5lbs in the last 3 days!... weighed in at 199lbs on Wednesday and 204 today weighing at the exact same time of the day (am) havent been on for a week yet... cannot wait till this shit kicks in ... a lean 220 here i come
 
Up another 2lbs! thats 7 total in a week in a half now 206.... shoulder is bothering me a little had it adjusted at the chiro yesterday and may have irratated it a bit... I think itll be fine but really going to start taking my rotator cuff excersises seriously... here was yesterdays Shoulder/tri WO

75's*9 (felt heavier than expected so stayed here instead of moving up as originally planed)

lateral raises- 4 sets last set was a drop

CG barbell (i do this is a mix between a close grip and a JM press putting more stress on my tris)

Incline DB skulls SS with rope pushdowns - 4 sets

Cable upright rows- 3 light sets

Heres a pic of me this morning 1st week of cycle.. weight at 206 cold.. ill get up a set once i figure how to use the timer on my new camera lol
 
50 bucks he bailed out of his cycle for the 3rd time. I called this long time ago.
