The other week I was in the gym i was getting insane pumps all week every lift i did i had to stop because the pumps actually hurt..I love that feeling its a great high.. Well this week has been the exact opposite I cant do anything to get my muscles pumped.. plus i just have a drag ass attitude...I mite be over worked.. Ive been working 6-7 days a week at a pretty physical job...

I have been eating a light meal before my workouts. One large everything bagel, sliced up pear, and handfull of blackberries. Thats a very light meal it cant that hard to digest.. Ive been on the last 12 weeks will be starting pct soon.. Im just running a basic test cycle dbol in the beggining.. I just feel very flat..

what can i do to get that amazing pump everday?

no my energy levels as of late have been pretty shitty.. im working between 48-52 hours a week... i think maybe ill take a week off sometime soon

try some no2 type products before workout they always get the blood flowing

You already KNOW the problem youngblood. Anytime you have energy loss and feel like shit, forget about getting a pump cuz because its pointless. Been there/done that many times...when working alot of hours..and espcially on a physical job, it takes alot out of you. If you have no control of working so many hours, then you need to increase your rest time between workouts to ensure complete recovery. Training 3 days a week and recovering is better than training 4 or 5 days and not recovering. Inability of not getting a pump on a consistent basis is is one of the first signs of being not being recovered and more than likely your in an increasingly growing catabolic state likewise. Back off and adapt. ;)

haha viagra what does that do for the gym?

Dude taking a "supplement" ie NO2, NoExplode, etc is NOT the answer. Even if it DOES work to give you a pump, it is only MASKING the true reason why your not getting a pump - not recovered and wore da fuck out. If you go that route your only digging yourself deeper into a hole. In short, assuming your diet is sound with decent carbs and you still cant get a pump on a consistent basis, somethings wrong, ya dig? ;) This shit ain't brain surgery...your simply overworked and/or overtrained. Lay off the iron for 4 or 5 days, rest up and when you DO come back to the iron, get enough rest to recover bewteen workouts. It takes longer to recover homie when your working a physical job with long hours vs someone who isn't.
