I feel my dad is watching over me, he's always there, like in the movie 'GHOST' people stay on earth and see you thru out life, but you could never feel it, understand it. theyre always there in room, city with you...my dad always told me this story and maybe thats where it all comes from

"when I was 17 my older brother was 21 he left for a date with his gf at 9pm. he said good bye and I heard the front door slam, I was watching tv, at 10:30 I heard the front door open again, as he walked behind the couch. he said he had forgot his wallet in his room, and had to come back. I heard his biking boots clamber across the hardwood, his bedroom door open and close moments later, the front door squeaked to a close like usual. As I watched the tv, he said "I'm going man, I love you" I said I love you too as I sat transfixed on that couch watching some program. I heard the front door slam and thats the last time I ever heard from my older brother. that night we found out he was hit by a car 5 minutes after 9, as he left the house for his date, pronounced dead on the scene, my dad that night was 17 he wasnt drinking, or partying. he thought till the day that he died that his older brother came back that night around 10:30 after he had passon on, to tell him, I'm leaving and I love you. so I believe people never leave, till they can leave with theyre loved ones.

I had a weird experience yesterday. I know it sounds kindof dumb but I dont really know what to think of it. I was by myself taking a shower, when I got out I thought I heard heels walking in the kitchen so I just figured it was my step mom. My parents always barge in without knocking so i thought nothing of it. So then I go into my room to get some shorts and hear a wooden barstool kindof slowly being pulled out so I thought she was in the living room sitting on a stool. So I go into the living room and nobody is there. I look in the kitchen and nobody is there. I called her name because I really thought someone was there. I check the doors and theyre all locked. The stool I heard was the only one pulled out though. I got some chills but it didnt really shock me that much..the heels sound could be something else. But I have no idea how to explain the stool being pulled out

I definately believe in ghost or spirits...I had an encounter when i was like 16 or 17 at mi girlfriends house.... I was sleeping over like i did all time, we were in her sisters room where there were two twin beds, one of each wall opposite of one another.....I was sound asleep and for some reason awoke but only opened my eyes....As i lay there facing away from the wall there was a person in jeans and a flannel type long sleeve shirt standing next to the bed facing me...Whether it was fear or what i was frozen and could not nor did i want to move my head....I only moved my eyes which could only allow my vision to go about chest high....My heart was pounding but i was not completly freaked for some reason....And although i could not see the face or head i knew it was a female.....I closed my eyes and opened them back up and she was still there....I closed my eyes once again and kept them shut for a minute or so and opened them back up and she was gone.... The light in the room was off, but the hall light was on and the door was wide open, so it was not dark in the room....This was not a dream by any means and was as real as can be....Once she was gone i got out of the bed and went over to the other bed where my girlfriend was sleeping and i woke her up...I was obiously a little startled and i told here the story....The next day i told her mom what i experinced and she was very uninterested.....Time went by and two years later she was selling the house.....She had a real estate lady over and they were talking about the back yard...This house once had a underground pool before they moved in. The pool house still existed as well as all the concrete, but the yard was where the pool used to be....I asked my girls mom why the pool was filled in in the first place, why would somebody want to get rid of their pool, especially when its hot as hell here in the summer...She then told me that when the original owners lived there that their teenage daughter had drowned in the pool for unknown reasons...The owners could not bare to move, but where so devestated that they filled in the pool and vowed to never let "it" hurt anyone else....It did not take long for me to realize that the girl that drowned could easily be the girl that was watching me that night...I told my girlfriend i wanted to go to the library and try and find old articles from the paper that might have this story...We knew the year, but not the day....so we went and looked at the papers of that summer, and it only took us about 20 minutes to find an article of a 15 year old girl that drowned on Shanendoah St...In the article they show the family picture in which they all had matching blue jeans and flannel shirts on.....

100% true story...I believe my homies, i believe.....

crazy story man..gave me the chills when I read you saw a picture of them wearing the matching clothes.

my aunt swears that when she was living in glasgo that the house next door was haunted.. she told me this story about briefly chatting with a chick walking her dog who was walking up the driveway.. she turned to leave then back to say 1 last thing and said the woman was gone.. i never saw this or anything else though.. i am an atheist i think when we die we are fertilizer not spirits.. sorry hehe

Soon after my father committed suicide, an aunt called to give a relative of her's the news. She said "I have some news to give you". The relative said "It's Richard isn't it?" My aunt said, "Yes how did you know?"

She said, "I was standing in the kitchen washing dishes and felt a presence in the room. I turned around and Richard was standing there in the doorway and then disappeared".

One of his brothers called his mother to let her know he had died. She said, "I had a dream that he had his head in a bucket" during the time he had died.

My father had rigged a hose to the exhaust of a car and fastened it to an army styled gas mask to get the full effect. Maybe that was the "bucket" she saw in her dream, the gas mask.

No one will ever convince me that there is not some type of afterlife.

Can anyone prove life after death? I believe in Casper. Halloween is getting closer, so we all will hear more ghost stories i suspect.

everyone has their own opinions and beliefs. I respect that..at least you dont try to shove your beliefs down peoples throats

I guess theres just about as much proof there is as proof there isnt.
