Since i started higher protein....350-380 grams daily ( i weigh about 198lbs right now) I have been going "number 2" about 3 times a day. like clockwork (8 am & 8pm somewhere in between sometimes) mostly normal movements.. not like diaharreah....but is this typical? Some say you just crap out too much protein so theres no reason to take too much, but i'm doing about 40 grams per meal.... 8 meals daily every 2 hours/meal. what do you guys think?
