Sorry I been emotional lately guys... But I gotta let yall know... I joined IT in 2004. every since my life has changed for the better... I know IT is history but this forum is just the same to me..

Honestly without all of these people here I would not of made the life changes I have made... I dont necessarily mean weight loss life changes but I mean alot of other things...

Whats funny is I come to you guys on advice on alot of things before I even mention them to real life friends or family... Because I know you guys will tell me how it is and not say something nice to make me feel better....

I have been going through a difficult time this week and more of you guys have send PM's or e-mails and reached out to me for support than anyone I know in my everyday life... maybe thats sad on my part but i dont even care...

I just want to extend a deep thanks to everyone here I have gotten to be friends with over the past 4 years...

Ive gone through a lot of ups and downs bro.. You just got to remeber not to take yourself soo serious.. Life is short try to enjoy while you can and not stress out soo much.. goodluck
 
Bro, I always got cha back. hang in there :-) I agree with you totally, good bros here with the real life everyday shit we all go through. can't always put a face with a name and may not always agree, but serious everyday problems are good to discuss with people you have things in common with.

Get you ass up to the Ham for a weekend and get your mind off of some of this shit. Do ya good! Or you can go to the Bama/LS who game with me and bash some tiger skulls in.
