here's another tip..7 weeks out ,start salting your food as much as possible ( if ur lean enough) and increase your water intake to 3 gallons all the way to week1..once u cut them off completely your body will be like WTF..AND YOU SKIN WILL LOOK PAPER THIN but there are a few other tricks u gotta make sure u do in order for this to happen..![]()
i have done this in the past -- works very well - ita amazing how thin your skin can look
