I don't just need any rust remover, I need a rust remover that can be put into the lower end of a two stroke motorcycle engine, that I have that's been sitting for a bit. The motor's fine but it's seized from the rust inside it, and I decided i want to build a mini 80 cc chopper for a winter project. Any help is appreciated.

for what? (edit: totally skipped over the engine part, sorry bud) haha but if it were a weapon i'd use CLP...\..but clp/break free clp is a miracle worker...not sure if it's a miracle worker for engines...:-/

Take out the plugs and put oil in the cylinders. Some wil drain past the rings and some will stay. When you go to start it you'll see a lot of smoke but once it burns off she's lubed and ready for fun.

Just motor oil will eliminate the rust? How long should i let it sit.

Leave it in until you're ready to crank it over. After a few weeks you might want to turn the motor with the kick start (if you have one) if not, put it in gear and push it a little. That will turn the motor.
You may want to tip the engine with the plugs out to drain what you can (if it's off the bike), so the engine will fire and to thin the oil spray in a little starting fluid into the plug holes, put the plugs in, then kick it.
You'l burn that oil out in no time.
A buddy of mine used to put deisel oil in frozen engines, but that is incompatible with standard oil so I don't like to do that. It does work, though, as it's a bit thinner than regular oil.
