I don't subscribe to only 60seconds rest between every exercise. 60secs is find for bicep curls. But imo you certainly need more than a minute between sets of heavy squats or superheavy leg presses.

oh c'mon give em a try lifts ;-)...atleast don't give the other's ideas to go off of...:-)..they really are good programs....i got his book too if you want it :-) his book muscle revolution e-book in pdf form...let me know ...

oh and NOTHING say you HAVE to start your next set within 60 secs...that's what he's making the standard to be..if you need more rest...than have at it, y'know? just like if you have a certain amount of something to do and you need to rest in between, have at it and then get back to crankin' em out

No doubt the program would work for some but I make solid gains on a vastly different program, that I honed after years of trail and tribulation:ump: I have tried a similar program a few times, but I'm sticking to the basics these days an old fashion push/pull split routine.

there's push/pull fundamentals incorporated in there lifts...mind posting your masterpiece? maybe...perhaps I can continue to learn :)

Nice routine! But the rest would have to be longer on heavy days. It reminds me of my buddies workout routine he does for LSU

just cause it gives a rest time, doesn't necessarily mean you gotta follow that portion to the tee....anybody want the actual e-book these are from?
