I usually eat a pre workout meal about an hour before my workout. Is this enough time for my body to the nutrients from that meal? How long you guys wait to allow your food to digest before working out?
All depends on what you eat, fast carbs are obviously absorbed by the body quicker and they're not recomended pre w/o whereas low GI carbs are. Isolate & oatmeal would be a good choice.
