It's going to be up to the judge, most often you allowed to drive to and from work etc.

Back that up lifts...that's all I'm worried about right now..just being able to drive to work n back(maybe slip in the gym before)....could give a fuk about going out as I can have my chick or homeboys pik me up...I just wanna make sure I'm eligable to get the permit being that I didn't blow....imma fight this case n not go for a plead....just want some one in the field to assure me that its possible to get the hardship..
 
I'm checking google, for some legal forums where I can get some advice..hopefully I can find something in the meantime till bigkarckus comes along
