You Guys that Have Issues....

Seems that now that im getting into my mid 20s and have developed blood pressure issues that I can't do the ephedra or over the counter supplements with caffeine in it anymore. That shit use to really get me leaned up and on the right mind set because of the jumpstart it gave me. Now it only gives me the jitters real bad and I start trippin. Is anyone else like this? And is their anything else you use to help diet down? I am big on just dieting and usually taking nothing because of this condition I have but I definately could use a little help because I feel like im at a plateau. I miss the thermogenic effects that the ephedra stack would give me. Any ideas?
 
I have played with it before but I think the doses I was using were not too beneficial. What do some guys use for protocol? I have done some reading and I have noticed many suggestions of 200mg twice daily. What are your thoughts? Thanks lifts
 
how long have you been dieting for? your body may need a break. try a carb up day then going back to ur diet.

green tea extract 500mg 2xed

yohimbine hcl may or may not affect your blood pressure, but it also works great.
