Your weakest bodypart?

Calves definitely...although MUCH improved because of serious efforts, still just lag behind...good cuts, just lacking size....tryin' this new FST7 stuff on 'em and not overtraining 'em is helping some


More food always helps as well.
 
lats... they are a real pain in the ass.. they are just NOW filling out but i have to beat the shit out of them twice a week.. once apparently isnt enough

Same here-having long and strong arms makes it hard not too have my arms do all the work while the back muscles go along for the ride, lower weights and squeezing have been the ticket for me to get some development- but my back still sucks azz.
 
mid section... i have good arms legs chest... just the damn mid section

so you strap? my upper/lower back improved DRASTICALLY when i started strapping my whole back workout. i recently added pull ups.. standing rope pulls and db pull overs and low and behold.. i suddenly have a lat spread... sorta lol looks good from the front anyway lol not bad for 3 months.. i think that is what i needed and in time they should actually match the rest of my body i think hehe
 
Sadie you ever try DC style pullups? I love em.. and I never used to get what all the hype was about.


My weak spot is calves and triceps no doubt
 
prolly abs (cuz i never work them) and strength lacks in legs/lower back. I dont do deads cuz of problematic lower discs...so all 3 are prolly related.

dont even know what a dc style pull up is hehe right now i just do 3 sets of 15 alternating my grip between wide med tight

triceps are my 2nd weakest hehe although now that im leaner they dont look like they are shaped badly just need more thickness..

i was blessed with calves tho.. i guess there is something to the genetic link with calves..
 
Calves. I live for my back workouts, So many people neglect their backs. Nothing will make you look more jacked then a thick wide back.
 

Why not? lol. Mine would have to be my legs, after tearing my acl and straining my mcl in my left leg not to mention I also have floating knee cap in the same leg they are the hardest part for me to train because I cannot go heavy. They are strong but they just lack the size to match up to the rest of my body. Although my body is shit right now due to being out of the gym for 8 weeks (broken hand) so basically right now everything is week lol.

Lats are not an issue for me, if anything I feel like a linebacker if I hit them to hard. For me I suppose it is my upper back, I seem to retain the most body-fat there and in my upper tris. I am very strange........

You know the rule Bass..........abs = DIET, nothing more.
