I think the guys that havent seen my pics in a while will see I have added a lot of mass in the past year or so..

Your arms are SICK :eek: :eek: as they always have been! Can see you have added more size brah, but really kinda hard to tell coz most the pix your dressed.lol What you weighin' these days Fred?

I have got sleep apnea really bad as of late. I have a sleep study scheduled for this month..

Sorry my old pc crashed and I lost all my old pics. I get calls from guys that put on bbing shows all the time wanting me to compete and even guest pose but right now im just trying to get massive as I can. I want to to hit 260 then maybe diet it down.


I am thinking of speaking at a seminar here where I live though on nutrition.
 
Right now im bulking I dont measure anything. Im eating about 400g of protein everyday and as far as everything else who knows. If I want it I eat it.
 
what level are you inright now? nationals? do u plan to try and go all the way in bbing or you just like being big?

Im on a national level but honestly im probably done with bbing. For the past year and a half I have made my best gains and been stress free and I enjoy it again. I will continue to help others but as of now im not competing.

It is been suggested it is typically a weight related issue. At your size it wouldn't surprise me at all. I can pinpoint when I start it within 5 pounds, be careful, it is something that long term does heart damage.
