Tuna taco's
Indig.
1 can of tuna
half tomato
1 table spoon miraclewhip
2 whitecorn tortillas
pinch of salt.

Preparation time, depends on how fast u can open the can of tuna, about 3-5 minutes total...

Open, drain can of tuna, cut tomato in small cubes, mix miraclewhip tomato and tuna in a container add the pinch of salt, while doing this place 2 corn tortillas on a paper plate and microwave them for 2 minutes. They will come out semi-crisp / hard but consume them fast so they don't dry out too much. Put the tuna mix in the tortilla, shape it like a taco and eat.

Nutrition facts for 2 tacos
2 corn tortillas 110 calories 1.5 g. fat 2g protein 22g carbs
1 can of tuna 150 calories 1.5g fat 33g protein 0 carbs
1 tablespoon of MW, 40 calories 3.5g fat 0 protein 2 g carbs
salt+tomato --- negligible

Total 300 calories 7.5g fat 35g protein 24 grams of carbs and more satisfying than 2 regular tacos.

I do something similar only I use 98% FF canned chicken breast. Tired of tuna after years of eating it.

Yeah, it will work with any lean meat, canned tuna or chicken breast is just easy to buy in bulk, store for long periods of time and bust out when you are hungry. And although corn tortillas are gluten free (yay) they satisfy carb cravings fairly good.
Also I love the 35 grams of protein for 300 calories and its not a damn protein shake, its something that soaks up stomach acid and digestible. :)
