I sent my diet to SG to help me out. He tweaked it around and made it perfect to cut some flab off and keep bulking a bit. He yelled at me for consuming dairy products, lol. THANKS SG - you da man! Here is what I am doing:

7:00AM
8 oz liquid egg whites
2 cup ground oats (oatmeal)


9:30AM 8 oz talapia and 2 tblsp peanut butter

12:00PM 8oz chicken breast
1.5 cup (cooked) BROWN rice
salad with no dressing out of the bag

3:00PM 8 oz talapia and 2 tblsp peanut butter

6:00PM PWO 32 oz of gaterade

7:00PM 8oz chicken, fish, or beef
1.5 cup (cooked) brown rice
salad with no dressing out of the bag

10:00PM
4 egg whites and 2 whole

Total cals = 3442
Protein/carbs/fat = 325/333/90
Macro split 38/39/24%

I am not sure if I added muscle size or if I have better nitrogen retention now but after 8 days I look better. Abs showing again nice when flexed. Scale has added 2 lbs though leaner, which is good shit ladies and gentlemen. The GH I am on is not good, so this is all diet. Gotta get some more.

I even did cardio 4 times this week. Had not done cardio in 5 years. I feel great. I am hungry all the time but it is not that tough to just do this, though all the food is very bland. All meals except Noon and 7PM require less than one to two minutes to consume.

Don't tell Small Guy, but I did eat a single Dorito on Wednesday this week. I couldn't help myself.

Yea I guess. It is just to add some fiber to the plan since otherwise there would be almost none. DOnt want to get constipated, nor be in a position where one could shit through a screen door and never touch it.
 
I'm telling ya bro....I savored that thing. I sucked all that yummie Dorito coating off that chip and probably left it in my mouth for 20 min until there was nothing left.

also your diet seems to be very hi in omega 6. talapia is hi in omega 6 as well as meat yolks and peanut butter. some fish that are hi in omega 3 are pacific herring,lake trout,sardines mackerel, albacore tuna (i'd stick with light tuna) and salmon. also dark green veggies, flaxseed and walnuts when compared to peanuts.

Well I almost knew how to eat, but my Thanks to Small Guy for fixing my errors and making it right. I thought I would share this since I dont know that all of us know what a perfect one looks like to lean out. You can make it leaner by dropping some carbs out, more bulk by adding some.

Diet looks like as I would starve to death but certainly clean in all aspects,except for the dorito .lol ,But I ate a whole bag on sunday ........so who am i to say,,,,
Congrats on the lean'ness and the changing things up bro .
And though many may not have seen any of your pics I have and I know that I always enveed your physique and worked hard to match yours.I highly doubt you got any fat to loose .....but hats off for the ab's showing nicely now .

Shit I got fat here recently. I never measured it but I bet I was up to 14% or more. I'd like to get down around 10 or less by June. If it doesnt go fast enough with the diet I know what to do.

I think I am evolving from an ectomorph to a fucktomorph.
 
LMAO....cardio....brother..as you get older like me....you just cant drop the weight like you used to be able too....i know it sucks..
 
It is indeed, but you get alot of watery lookin crap on you with the dairy. Since I dropped it I look leaner in just a week.

id only drop lactose if i was getting rdy for a show, but imo you look leaner not just from dropping diary but from clean up ur diet.

Talapia is low low low in fat so the ratio means fuckall.
 
I have just read this.... fucking dorito lol, I know exactly how that feels, having some taco like flavor left on the genetically enhanced corn chip after all the salt has been sucked away. :))
 
Fairly basic diet, I would replace the lettuce with asparagus. Are you cycling your carbs at all, or just staying with the same amount everyday?
