I sent my diet to SG to help me out. He tweaked it around and made it perfect to cut some flab off and keep bulking a bit. He yelled at me for consuming dairy products, lol. THANKS SG - you da man! Here is what I am doing:
7:00AM
8 oz liquid egg whites
2 cup ground oats (oatmeal)
9:30AM 8 oz talapia and 2 tblsp peanut butter
12:00PM 8oz chicken breast
1.5 cup (cooked) BROWN rice
salad with no dressing out of the bag
3:00PM 8 oz talapia and 2 tblsp peanut butter
6:00PM PWO 32 oz of gaterade
7:00PM 8oz chicken, fish, or beef
1.5 cup (cooked) brown rice
salad with no dressing out of the bag
10:00PM
4 egg whites and 2 whole
Total cals = 3442
Protein/carbs/fat = 325/333/90
Macro split 38/39/24%
I am not sure if I added muscle size or if I have better nitrogen retention now but after 8 days I look better. Abs showing again nice when flexed. Scale has added 2 lbs though leaner, which is good shit ladies and gentlemen. The GH I am on is not good, so this is all diet. Gotta get some more.
I even did cardio 4 times this week. Had not done cardio in 5 years. I feel great. I am hungry all the time but it is not that tough to just do this, though all the food is very bland. All meals except Noon and 7PM require less than one to two minutes to consume.
Don't tell Small Guy, but I did eat a single Dorito on Wednesday this week. I couldn't help myself.
