Christ man, I've got 1 1/2" on ya and 50 pds but you look twice my size, wtf? Go to hell! Hehe lucky bastard you

ya, really the only reason my overall bodyweight is down is because i've been slacking legs on my comeback and low back pain is keeping me from really pushing squats and deads and bb rows...can't do much unsupported right now...today will be squats and lying leg curls only...nonstop for 30-45 minutes but with lighter weights...only 135 on squats but pausing at top and bottom of reps and same on curls focusing on stretching and squeezing and not really counting reps...then i'll have a 1.75mile walk (mostly uphill) home from the gym...it will probably take a good hour since i'll be exhausted from lifting lol...

right now cruising on test prop and superdrol...in a couple weeks i'm ramping it up to the following:

1g a week test cyp wks 1-14
600mg a week equipoise wks 1-16
dbol 50mg ed wks 1-6
finishing the last 4 weeks also with test prop so wks 12-16 with 200-300mg eod during that span...

still playing with it...i may even double stack the beginning and use the prop there along with the dbol and blow the fuck up overnight before my trip to stay with a chic in alabama mid-late july...got some cialis for that trip lol

sorry for the crappy quality...they've def shrunk over the last couple years...probably won't put too much size on them again though as i'm nearing 40 and my priorities with my physique are changing slightly to more healthy look and not big and bulky...

my right leg is bigger by an inch than left from when i was on crutches 6 months end of 2006...believe it or not they're only 24" left and 25" right...the biggest was 2010 when they were 26.5"

also here's from yesterday sitting on the carpet...the heat and humidity bring out the veins

bigger than mine!

but I dont even work out my legs because they have always seems to grow well and be bigger then most and I LIKE the 80's bbr look (the V) not so much the (X) like now. so I try to avoid it.
I work them when I walk or bike, but not with gym stuff.

KEEP PUMPING!

You need to update your phone, Hommie. Looking swole, man.

sure if there's another $0.01 sale on an upgrade...

scary moment today training back/traps/biceps...started with db pullovers...only used 80lb dumbell...after 3rd rep loud series of pops..no bruising, but the tricep inside up high near armpit is tight and really sore...i'm pretty sure it's just a fluid buildup that popped like a knuckle does and the muscle is sore now from releasing it all while having weights on it...this happened a couple years ago doing rack deads and a rib did the same popping and sore a few days...i finished with very light pumping sets for today and will ice and stretch and rest...

swollen injured right arm today 6-23-12...believe it or not swollen it's only 17.5"

bruising is visible today on high inside tricep and rear delt...swelling not going down yet...hard to touch entire right tricep like it's pumped from exercise except squishy near elbow...skin is itchy and painful like there's no more room and stretching...i'm confident today that there's tearing...will get someone to take a couple pics today and post them...if swelling doesn't go down by monday i'm going to hospital and see about draining fluid or meds to bring the swelling down...until then it's gelpacks as long as i can handle the coldness

If you heard it pop, and along with the bruising, odds are you tore it dude. I had it happen with the left pec doing inclines about 6 years ago.

Gonna take surgery to repair?

i can move it completely overhead now but can't bend much when over head...can bend 90 deg in curl position...alot of bruising but swelling is going down...it's not a tendon tear based on that and only a very very bad muscle tear so surgery is a waste (especially since i don't have insurance nor will i use obamacare forced taxed bullshit since i'm a legal citizen and not speak english and don't support rap music or ghetto or barrios)...so rest, ice, no lifting 3-4 weeks and then slowly and cautiously come back then

Man that looks nasty, especially the bruise around your elbow.
Looks like you are very proportional, to, aaa, superman! Damn, Irish!
At least you appear to have kept your waist down so the recoup time will allow you to eat to recover.
