Hey lads
Haven't been on in a while been traveling as you know. I had an awesome time in the states and now I'm in Europe for 3 months!!... It's tough without the gym regime happening.. I manage to go gym 2-3 times a week.. But I'm not eating how I should.. Or can. I've already lost 3.5 kg. ..
What would you recommend for training??
Stick to full body exercises or still isolate different muscles?? Keeping in mind I'm only training 2-3 times a week??

You Aussies are always off on vacation. Don't you guys ever work? I can't afford a vacation!
 
Sounds like it been a great summer for you brutha ......As Lifts mentioned .Stick with the big 3 to keep your size..and worry about the definition when you have more time to commit to it .

That's what was thinkin! Lol

All I do is 3xweek and I'm at home. Chest tris, back bis and shoulders, squats.
 
I left home 10 weeks ago.. Seen the gym maybe 20-25 times..
I am down 5kg and the bf has crept up from 10 to 14.. Fark it's depressing!
But on the up side!! Im off to the Greek islands of Mykonos and ios in the morning!!

If you can only hit it 2x per week, do this and you won't miss a beat...

workout 1
-------------
bench press
incline press
pullups
bb rows
military press
dips
crunches or leg raise

workout 2
-------------
squats
straight leg deads
bb curls
skullcrushers
calf raises
crunches or leg raise

You could also do a push/pull, but hitting legs & back on same day is exhausting. Legs & arms is more feasible. :)

Don't no what you boys think of super cars but there's close to a million euros worth of lamborghinis here! I drove the yellow 'superleggera' 0-100km in 3.1 seconds.

But on the negative side.. I haven't seen a gym in a month :(
