I began my training odyssey 34 years ago under the "no-nonsense" tutelage of Mr. Clancy Ross and have been in the pit week after week ever since. I hope you will find this old silver-back to be a useful asset to your community.

Hey Old Buddy, I'm glad to see you finally made it aboard and more importantly I'm glad to see you made it home safely.. It was good to have you up for a spell...We'll have to do it again real soon!!
Guys Mondo is a good dude and a good friend for many years now, He has recently came to visit and the Old timer tried to kill me the gym a couple days ago but I barely survived...lmao, thanks for joining Mondo!

I forgot mention anyone who's been over at MBM will already know Mondo as he was one of the oldest members there even from back when it was SS.com and also one of the oldest staff memebers there as well!

I'm not traveling "incognito". . . . I have always been Mondugal, however, everyone kept referring to me as Mondo. So using Mondo as a screen name here seemed to make sense.
