need suggestions with my Road King

I posting here cuz I see alot of you guys with bikes.

Heres my deal
I have 2011 new to me Road King. I am ordering streched bags fenders tripple trees for a 23" wheel, aps ect ect.
I am stuck on the tank I always strech my tanks(local guy is gone) then goto Corbin and have custom seat made. This time i am to far from corbin and local tank guy is gone. I decided to get Yaffe tanks and seat that just bolt right up. Problem is they are not for RK I would have to get rid of spedo cluster gas gauge dummy lights ect.
what would you guys do?
1) Leave stock tanks find cool seat that bolts up
2) get Yaffe stuff and F the gauges

I understand it is my choice but I am torn between the cool factor of tank and the spedo and gas gauge let alone the dummy lights. (I am a dummy)
ordering this weekend so any input would be great thanks like always for taking your time to read and anwser my silly questions
 
Go tot Bad Dad Baggers website , Buy the stretch tank side panels and trim to fit your seat whichever it may be , I custom build a new Bagger every winter in my shop as well as do others bikes also.....
And BSD if you look in my avi thats a roadking I built in 3 years ago and Im FAR from 50.......
And I only ride Ape' Hangers ......
Currently building a Electraglide classic with stretched bags, stretched tank , lowered and stretched front fender and 18" ape's with the Bad Dad custom wide back fender . Lots of $$$$ going into this bagger this winter, I will unvail with pictures mid march

I built a HD Softail Custom with a 127" El Bruto Engine with twin Sneaky pete Nos bottles and Mikuni carb ,there wasnt a crotch rocket anywhere around that could beat me from stop light to stop light ,it had 155 horse without the Nos being pumped ......But theyd fly by me at 160 on the interstate ....

its very important to ride cromagnon style when passing crotch rockets. that means fully upright seating postion, feet on the highway pegs whenever possible and maybe even a cigar between the teeth. this imparts the maximum humiliation.

my eglide couldnt touch them on the top end but when i racked the throttle at 20-30 mph and it nearly jumped out from under me it always made me smile and when they see the im toting the front wheel it makes them frown.

Just messing with you man, I like road kings. For now I will just ride my V-Rod. I actually have a big ass mustang seat and backrest for it for the wife, a big ass sissy bar bag and a windshield for our out of town trips.

I know BigSickD no worries.
I here once you ride a Vrod you will not get back on HD. there is/was a club member that loved the Vrod so much he was changing the rules about having to ride HD

Hey a VRod is a Harley Davidson.
 
anyways I ordered parts I went with streched tank no gauges oh well. it production time is to long I may switch up but as of now i went yaffe streched like in the link above
