Hey everyone, Jumped over here from a few other boards. A quick little about me, I train like a powerlifter with alot of 'assistance (bodybuilding)' work. I'm 6'4 currently on a cut diet at 270, normally hover around 290. Best lifts: 500lb bench, 725 deadlift, 615 squat.. havent tested maxes in a few months and waiting to start back on some weight gaining.. no fuel for the lifts at the moment.
