What's the best one thing you could do for your physique right now?

For me it would be clean up my diet 100% of the time for a solid 8 weeks. I have a lot of food sensitivities. There are about a dozen foods I can eat that work well for me and I have not done that diet 100% in close to 3 years.
 
Clean up my diet. Hands down. I've been battling an injury since September and I've allowed myself to use it as an excuse to slack off on training and diet.
 
I've been out of the gym since the second week of December (due to the flu)....that along with the holidays, I've been eating like crap since.

My answer is just to get my ass back in the gym, and just revert back to eating like I normally would each day.
 
I'm doing it, very strict diet and shedding bodyfat.

This is what I'm doing too. First time in a LONG time I've decided to do a cut. I think I'm in my 5th week of the keto and I can see the fat coming off too. I'm also going to the gym first thing after I wake up so I think working out fasted is working too. I'm still lifting heavy too I haven't backed off...
 
Get into a regular sleep schedule and stop enjoying myself by cheating on my forever diet.
 
Its been a while and the dark side is calling me... my diet has been shit lately but I can clean it up.. thinking a little prop tbol cycle
 
Eating more and eating regularly. My new job has been a real grind so been eating rather irregularly not to mention the long commute and rather crazy hours.
