anyone suffering through this or have found a way to beat it. It's been 2 months of be not being able to really use my legs. It's strange because I tore my LCL on my other knee and broke my ankle. But it's the other Knee that is giving me the trouble. Is it because maybe my injured knee became weaker and I relied more on my right knee?

Anyone have any advice because rest doesn't seem to be the answer. It makes it feel better but it always comes back.

Knock it down with anti inflammation if safe to take and than religious But boring PT exercises for 6 weeks. Have u allready don't that?

I have this issue in both knees and elbows so been using bands to hold the tendons in place, especially in elbows where the tendons tends to slip.

I had because my gait was off, shoe inserts from a sports podiatrist corrected the problem in my knees.

I have several tendinitis right now: ITBS, patella and Achilles. The only treatment that works is shock wave therapy. It is painful but really helps.
