im thinking of bridging before starting back

ive been drinking like a fifth of bourbon a day for the last six months. my liver values are high and i have been missing work. well im not gonna say ive been missing it lol. but yeah anyway i was fired. i have trouble getting up in the morning and trouble sleeping if im not passed out. so i am gonnna stop drinking for a while. i am not an alcoholic. i can stop. so anyway i was thinking of bridging with beer. say a 12 pack a day with occasional wine with dinner for a month or so before i jump back on the fifth a day cycle. i just feel better when im on.

so beer bridge what do you think?
 
when i start back im thinking i will do one pint of burbon and half pints of both yager and southern comfort with red wine in the mornings and kamikazee shooters pre and post blackout. with that variety of alcohols i feel i would have a better bigger more quality drunk. redbulls 4 times a day to combat the sleepy feeling sides of alcohol. pepto bismol shooters to combat the burbon squirts. i think i have a good plan what do you think? and i dont want to hear the old school burbon only guys or burbon and coke only guys. i need a lot of different compounds to get the quality drunk so what do you think

A taper down might be in order. But cold turkey, not wild turkey, has always worked best for me. Of course I've always been in jail where I had no choice. Good luck. I'm pulling for you to kick.

thanks bro i can quit any time i like but i am in a professional karaoke league and i cant compete with all the drunks without it lol.


to be clear this is all a joke and to point out the bridging philosophy in a different way. i am not a drunk and i almost never drink. also the over complicated cycle philosophy too. 5 different exotic compounds when simple ingredients would make the best beefcake. any way

Simply drink no alcohol of any kind, smoke pot daily like a chimney, stay incapacitadly stoned, and brag to others how you are now sober. Then.... You'll be completely cleaned out and receptors fresh for the next bourbon cycle.

I agree with the KISS methodology. I haven't always been there. I've tried it all, run it all out, got the scar tissue to prove it. I also got freakin huge! So it will work if done properly. But I don't want to be 275 any more. 240 feels great, even though I still look large at my height. But I can bench over 500 at will or squat 675 after a couple of months off.
So if someone wants to run the kitchen sink it's a learning process for them, whether good or bad. But we all have to get where we wind up at through personal trial and error, especially someone that has cycled before.
But what do I know, I'm a grumpy old fart that loves to fight.

you are absolutely right. my point is newbies feel that they need to run 5 different compounds because someone like you was doing it. at 275 you had the right to run anything you wanted. as do they but a two compound cycle will probably be just as effective for most guys on this board and then its not so hard to figure out what is working for you or causing you problems.

dont feel bad saying do as i say not as i do. you are a vet mod who has been there and done that.

180 10% bf after 4 cycles? i went from 180 to 238 in two cycles that were just test deca with weekly dose not over 700mg total. that guy needs to look at his fundementals
 
I agree his diet must be off and possibly his activity level may be too high along with over training. That said, tren and deca, npp/tren ace is an awesome combo. You should try it sometime.
