Craving after 9pm

I'm trying really hard to cut down weight, but even after a late dinner at 7-8 I find myself extremely hungry after 9pm. Anyone else have this? And what do you do?

Suck it up, you can't expect to get cut and never go to bed hungry.
 
I have found that good fats such as almonds or natural peanut butter seem to keep me feeling full. Try a rice cake with peanut butter for a late night snack.

Otherwise just suck it up buttercup!
 
Andrew what do you eat at 8pm, that just one hour later at 9, you are extremely hungry?

I hear you. I have the same issues but I usually eat around 5:45pm. By the time I go to bed (9pm), I'm really hungry (I blame the Zolpidem for that). I was watching "The Doctors" a while ago and they said that eating some high protein food before bedtime would not jeopardize your diet. Why don't eat some cottage cheese?
 
Four fiber tabs and a glass of water, you'll feel full until you can get to sleep and then you'll have a good morning wake up call..lol
 
Don't do it brother, lol. You'll be up all night regretting it. If you must, opt for low fat cottage cheese. Mmmm
