Mine are: "No More Trifling," "Get on with it," and the retro WWI classic, "Dig deep, while sluggards sleep, you'll have wheat to sow and wheat to eat!" Now that the cycle is charged up, time for some wind in the face...
 
Happy new year. Im switching to diet soda this year. May seem simple but not for me. I love Mountain Dew! I mean love it! Lol. But yeah, thats my resolution.

I knew a guy in the Air Force and hadn't seen him in 5 months. Then one day I saw this guy who really looked familiar but I couldn't place him so I asked him, "Hey where do I know you from?" He laughed and said, It's me, dummy, SMST xxxxx, I manage the Heavy Equipment Shop!" "What?" I said, "Holy cow, what happened?" I had known him for five years and he was always fat. Said he gave up regular soda and lost 20 pounds in 2 months, then changed to the Paleo diet and lost 30 pounds in the next three months. At 50 pounds lighter, he looked like a completely different person. Giving up regular soda was the kick-off!
