ok i've made over 15lbs of this stuff now and it's great. The only changes I make are that I add some chili powder and cayenne pepper to the mix. Just a dash of it if i'm only making 1lb but when I am making 3+lbs atleast 1/4teaspoon of each. Another tip is that I use big shish kabob sticks...
