Solid easy advice brother

Boy things hurt more and recovering takes more time. Other than that feeling good. One thing I noticed is when I eat a lot I seriously bloat and get backed up. I'm trying to reduce my meals per day and I'm feeling better. I haven't lost much by doing it. Anyone else get like this after eating...
