  1. Due to my extreme sleepiness midday I purchased couple 10ml vials of b12...injected 1ml with slin pin into chest Tuesday and was gonna do 3x a week 1ml and then once a week after that (morning injects)

    What are your experiences using b12 and as former bodybuilder at 51yrs how would you recommend dosingg?
 
500–2,500 mcg once or twice a week. I use 2500mcg per month only because I take Prilosec and metformin.
 
If you get an adequate amount of red meat in your diet b12 may do very little to help. I make my own b12 because it is sold in such low concentration. It is supposed to help people with methylation issues. I have no idea what the methylation issues entail. A buddy says he has the issue so I tried to make it at 100mg per ml for him to not have to shoot multiple mls. He is just your average person no gear use, so injections of more than 1ml is not ideal.

It turns into a science experiment of crystal b12 growth. I diluted it with l carnatine so it would be stable. He says he feels great using it and I see no benefit other than I seam to be dropping weight faster than normal. I take it every morning before cardio. Lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks. It's more than likely the other drugs.

If you are suffering from being extremely tired try adding mots c and methylene blue into your supplementation. Be careful with merhylene blue, look up the drugs it interacts with to make sure you do not end up with serotonin syndrome. If the mots c is kind of outside of your budget you only need 1 to 2 mg per day. Most people take 5mg twice a week, but 1 to 2mg daily is much better.

You should also do a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea. You can do the test at home for under 200 dollars and get a APAP script. I did mine less than a month ago and it's life changing. If I sleep for 2 hours I feel better than I did with 8 hours while having sleep apnea. The mots c and methylene blue really helped but the APAP was life changing.
