    Chest Weak Point Training....

    I've had this conversation with plenty of guys at the gym and everyone is different but it is fun to compare.. I use.... pre-25g whey 1/2 cup dry oats 5g glutamine 30-45 min pre post-50g whey 60g dextrose 5g glutamine what do u guys use??
