And just to revive this thread I have made some great progress since I have completed my very first cycle ever: Had a rough one due to health issues that landed me in the hospital briefly but I continued to soldier on.

Sorry for the slow updates, and PJ has been a solid help along with a bit of kratom in helping me keep the focus and staying in the zone. No tolerance buildup considering I workout 4x a week and I certainly like that in a PWO. Here's a recent pic:
