how to lose water fast

what are some good ways to lose water fast?
for example supplements or dietretics i can take, diet changes...lay it on me? :rolleyes:
 
the sauna actually works...?...how long should i stay in for?
 
Drop sodium intake - that helps also. Be careful with the diuretics as they can deplete potassium. They shouldn't be used IMO but if you have to use spironolactone as it is potassium sparing

That and restricted sodium...not good, flat as f--k. I had just gotten off anti-b's from an infection from bad gear and was kind of low on fuel as it was.

Cut carbs and drink MORE water (1-2gallons ED) are easy ways to get teh job done. Dandelion root @ 1500mg ED (spread out) assists - as does Cal-Mag (just be sure to be very-very close to a restroom) :iggthumpu

Cal-mag is used for the last day (in case you were a power lifter attempting to make a lower weight class or bodybuilder as well).​
