Step by step, almost tip-towing at times, I move closer to my game. Glitch, switch, fitch, hey Mitch, how's Yasmin B---h! Yeah whatever. BP is down, no scripts, clean system, get the hernia fixed, then get a new apartment, start Project X, add fresh air and voila! New Man. Saw the Cardiologist today following an echocardiogram, (with a tall, beautiful attractive blue-eyed blond with perfect teeth, insisting on leaning against me while she wrapped her arm around my side as she performed her test) following an apparent abborant CKG where the "Reader" insisted I had a heart attack. (Too much coffee!)
Oh ye of little faith! The Cardiologist denied the report after his own checks today. No heart attack, no abboration, just a muscular heart. Yeah, no shit, only lifted heavy weights for 39 years! Just the hurdle of the stress test next week to be sure, surgery a week after, then the slow process of moving forward. Don't mind at all. It's what I do.

no his heart is enlarged due to decades of steroid abuse. the upside is pretty doctors rub their breasts on him.

That's what was written on the EKG/ECG, whichever, (a 2 minute test at the Doctor's office, as a preliminary scan prior to my umbilical cord hernia repair). So, because of some off-reading, they said I needed approval from my family Doctor to get the surgery. He sent me for an echocardiogram. My BP yesterday was 145/84, a bit high but not bad for a 58 year old. To be on the safe side, the Cardiologist has prescribed me a stress test. I'll get that three days before surgery, so if problematic they can cancel. The Cardiologist stated there was no indication of a heart attack.

Surprised they didn't do a stress test. About 7 years ago I had a "weird EKG" so the Primary set me to a cardiologist and he gave me a stress test with sonagram. Turned out, at least that that point, heart was perfect as far as the test could see. Who knows, we are all messing with fate in this. I gas out a lot faster when I'm on. After being off for a couple months my cardio goes way way up. So something is happening with the juice. Never happened when I was in my 20s and 30s. Then again back then I dosed even lower than I do now. I used just enough for recovery and a little more strength. Grappling is such intense work you don't need much anabolic to get a response especially if weight training as well.

Hmmm, that makes me wonder if gear makes us prone to odd EKG results. I have at the Doctor do a double take on my EKGs before too. Ultimately everything was fine though. Seems like too much of a coincidence that so many of us have has the same experience.
