latest blood work results

been on dyel test d... dropped to around 75mg a week for my trt... test results have total T at 403 .. which is ok with the low dose i'm on... but i'm gonna go back to 100mg or even 125mg to hopefully get in the 800 range.

my greatest concern is my free test is very low....3.9pg/ml.... range is 6.8-21.5... certainly would like to be closer to that 231.5... any ideas... masteron?... proviron?.. as additions to my trt?

also my iron (transferrin numbers) are all off... should i supplement with iron?... and if so how much?

How many days after an injection was this BW drawn?

Also I do believe a healthy TRT plan can contain an Schmidge of masterone e. Like 50 mg w eek just to lower SHGB and add some dht derivative benefits.

it was 5-6 days after... but test should be a long enough ester to not have much of a dip correct?

i'm really concerned over the low levels of free test and the iron numbers... will free test improve if i up my dose and get a higher total test number?.. or just add the masteron?

75mg week seems way low. My uncle is on trt and he does 250mg wk. Keeps his test around 1000. Also what was your shbg level? If it was higher than normal you'll need a binder so your test will be available for muscle building and repair. Danazol or better yet anavar. Both lower shbg and make whatever you're running work way better. And I swear women can smell it when the hormones are binding.

Masteron is probably the way to go then, because I can't find danazol outside of the clinic, but it works.

If you just came off a cycle recently your fee test can be low. Your binding globulins are still high from the high androgens they were supporting. If you stay at TRT doses for another few months it will probably come back in range.

People metabolize testosterone at very different rates. And sure the farther away the injection is away from the blood draw the lower it will be regardless of the ester. And theoretically the test probably might not be measuring the testosterone molecules that are still bound to the ester.

I know about enough to cause your penis to fall off. Listen to glycomann.

Your iron metabolism looks rough. You getting enough iron in your diet? How does your hematology bloodwork look? Hct, Hemogblobin RBC, red cell diameter etc?

haven't done a cycle in about 8 months

i'm also sure i need to up the mgs... i ran test d before (at 150mgs) .. and levels were much higher even far off from the last inject...

attached the test part with those numbers... and i'm thinking my aspirin regiment may be a factor in the iron issues

Your hematology looks pretty good. You might want to ask your doctor about iron deficiency and perscription iron supplement. Typically they are a little apprehensive about supplementation because it can be toxic if it gets too high. To me, and I am educated in this stuff but not an MD, it looks like your body is sensing low iron and bumping up binding globulins and transferrin to compensate. As far as your free test, I would imagine it will go into normal range once you push your dose to 150 mg/w or a little higher. Decanoate is a very slow ester. Like others stated proviron will help free more testosterone. The drawback is hair loss. It is rough on the scalp if you are prone. In a way it is better than masteron because it doesn't add much to the androgen load at doses that it will help with free test.

didn't know that...hmmm... i'll be getting some soon then.

how much iron daily would you think? .. and should i load up a little this first week?... and should i taper down after a few weeks? ... since it can get toxic?

and i've read it's possible that me taking 2 baby aspirin a day could contribute to the iron issues

thank you glycomann

so i have been taking 2 baby aspirin daily... and lots of lifting... and have had red blood in my stools for a while.. i'm convinced that this is my iron issue..

Christian Thibaudeau from tnation had a similar issue that ended catastrophic.. so maybe i'm ahead of the game by catching this now

After spending a summer doing a lot of CrossFit training with my wife, I fell in love again with Olympic lifting and decided to train for a comeback. I would do a form of squat, snatch and clean & jerk every day, often twice a day. That?s when I started to have severe bloody stools. I also started to lose weight.

In fact (and this is no joke) I was eating twelve hamburgers on average and a full box of cereal every single day (and that was just my ?base?). Despite eating roughly 5000 calories a day I was losing weight at a fairly fast rate. The bloody stools lasted for three months, until one day I started to have chest pain when I trained. Then the chest pain lasted throughout the day. I got admitted to the hospital for a heart attack.

The cause of the heart attack wasn?t the heart itself or anything I did, but the fact that I lost so much blood over a three month period that I didn?t have enough red blood cells to send oxygen to the heart. My red blood cell count was 25% of the normal level.
