the nutritional content of 90% lean ground beef (raw) ? Either per ounce, or per gram, doesn't matter as long as I could weigh it lol..

sounds about right, cuz I buy 93% ground beef and the label says 4oz is 220 calories, 22g protein, 12g fat

when I get that it says 28g protein and 8g fat.

?
