can someone give me ideas / critiques on my 10 day routine with 1 rest day every three days? Working each body part like every five to 6 days?

Here is whats in mind...

Day 1: chest / tris -- light weight high reps
Day 2: back / bi's -- light weight high reps
Day 3: Legs -- light weight high reps
Day 4: rest
Day 5: shoulders / traps -- light weight high reps
Day 6: chest / tris -- heavy low reps
Day 7: back / bi's -- heavy low reps
Day 8: rest
Day 9: legs -- heavy low reps
Day 10: shoulders / traps -- heavy low reps

After day 10 maybe a day off depending on fatigue then start back to day one.

Abs everyday..

I wrote this on my own... i am asking for critiques.... please dont flame me lol....

do you guys think I would over train with this routine? I am basically looking to maximize my time in the gym... versus my 4 day split of 2 days on and one day off and 2 days on and two days off...

IMO any w/o consisting of just light weights with high reps is a waste of time, unless it's for fat burning only.

lifts u think i should just either pick one and go heavy or light? dont mix it up??

I think it's best to do both moderate and heavy sets in each workout. I rarely ever do singles by heavy I mean a weight that allows only 4-5 reps. By moderate I mean 8-12 rep range for upper body. The legs like a slightly higher rep scheme. Honestly light weight high reps give a hell of pump but don't build lasting large muscle mass imo.

What exactly do you mean by light weight high reps?

Are we talking 135 on bench for 50 reps?
