12 hour work days

Those of you who are either in the trades or simply have longer shifts how do you manage?
I took a job that is tue-fri 4x10s, but 8 months of the years is either 50hour a week or 60 per week which is then 5x12 leaving only 2 days a week I can do anything except commute work, sleep...let's here how some if you manage your schedules

It’s hard at times but I manage

I sleep about 6 hours a day is all.

It just becomes second nature now

I might get 5-6 for every 8-9 I'm trying to sleep...staying asleep is a problem for me

I get 5-6 hours during the week myself. And I usually crash all day Saturday because of it. Rarely get a good nights sleep either. I have recently been thinking about switching my workouts to the evenings but my job can be physically demanding some days and have always worried about having the motivation after a long day of work. I?ve been doing HVAC work for over 20 years now.
