He had a heart attack from androgel? Not from being fat for years from eating like a pig with his only exercise walking to the fridge for beer and chip dip. I really don't know the guy but I wouldn't doubt it.

Fraudulent conduct causing a heartattack? I wish they would state just what this gent did that was fraudulently claimed the product would do by the manufacturer. There are warnings about trt patients with coronary heart disease having a possible heart attacks if they use these products, it has been verified in tests. If these warnings were listed at the time of it's use, I don't see how the product mfgr is held libel, seems the prescribing doc has some meat in this.
