It may be legal and not even immoral in some cases but if the girl isn't emancipated from her parent they can press charges and win shit like: sexual misconduct; sex with a minor; sexual battery and other shit(charge names and likelihood of prosecution vary just as the above ages). Don't think it doesn't happen frequently. I saw those fuckers come and go from RDC! Then the rest of their lives they have to register as sex offenders. And after reading the smack down on Oly's bragothon thread about the 18y/o, MsWetback here would be a likely candidate from ramming ya boyz nice'n hod:)

Well spoken Loke. several years ago 2 friends of mine ended up spending 8 mths (of 2 year sentence) in Lebanon Correctional (think Shawshank Redemption) for picking up a couple of 17 year old hitch-hikers and driving across the Ohio State line. No sex took place. The girls drank a few beers and then they were pulled over and parents filed charges of statutory rape. This was before the sex offender registry was put in place, or they would have to register even now as sex offenders as they were convicted of statutory rape. The girls admitted they were hitch-hiking and also, that nothing sexual occurred, but said the guys offered them beer. Parents insisted charges be brought against them and they went to jail for 8 mths. ;)
