2005 sucks. I hate 2005.

I hate this year. This year so far has completely sucked for me... and it doesn't seem like it is going to get any better.
Been through a lot of drama with the whole divorce situation ... then the ex-wife wanting to be friends ... then the ex-wife saying she wanted to try again, then telling me the next day that she is getting back with a guy she had been seeing for a few months ... then the whole situation with the other girl I was interested in (see journal for that story) ...

The thing I had been looking forward too all year to try to get things back on track was my trip to Playa Del Carmen - that I leave for on Saturday... Well... take a look at that map - that tropical storm that is probably going to turn into a hurricane is heading right toward the gulf coast of Mexico! That is right were I will be in less than a week.
Damn it!
 
Predictions say it's gonna hit Florida again. My side of Florida actually.

That would be the 3rd hurricane to hit me in less then two months.

DAMN IT!!!

Okay... So I recently refinanced my condo because the payments in the past were based on my salary with my ex-wife's income giving us "spending money" ... so without her I had no spare money - I refinanced the condo to lower my payments and get some equity out...
Well I got my first "real" bill this month... it is a "option arm" loan so I have 4 payment options... ALL of them are $200 to $800 MORE than my previous payments were!!!! Except of course the "minimum payment" option, which is basically the option you shouldn't use ever because it may not even cover the interest amount.

This year just keeps SUCKING more and more! I don't know what to do now... I'm calling the mortgage person to find out how this happened when I was assured that it would dramatically lower payments...
